Personal Note: The name "Turning Point" sounds very fitting. It is like "Laughing Gor's Turning Point"! It sounds very powerful. I really like how movies literally translate the English title from the Chinese title, unlike TVB series where the English title is nothing related to the Chinese title....
From just watching the trailer, it reminds me of "Infernal Affairs". However, I'm still going to watch the movie because I'm a huge fan of IA. He he....
i might watch it...if i happen to get it.
ReplyDeletethe cast is pretty intense...i mean michael's got movie kings working with him..as supporting characters(?) i.e anthony wong, eric tsang, francis ng (i think)or any other famous actors i.e yuen bao, felix wong..LOL..extensive cast
plus solid actor wayne lai.. and rising potential actress fala chen...hahha a wonderful cast!
but cause of that..im afraid i might have too much expectations for it. and yes its very like internal affairs now that i think of it. i didnts follow the IA and its sequels..but i did recall liking The Departed..and Shades of Truth X]
