- Sheren Tang will play Cheng Gau Mui (鄭九妹), a reactionary gang leader and a drug trafficker. She is good and evil. Her nickname is Miss Nine (九姑娘). She is Elliot's daughter.
- Wayne and Fala Chen will play brother and sister.
- Fala has heart disease.
- Raymond Wong and Fala will play a couple. Their storyline will be romantic.
- Ngo Ka Nin will play a righteous, skinny guy. He and Wayne are best friends.
- Elliot Yue is evil. He operates an opium business.
- Elliot and Susan Tse will play brother and sister.
- Sheren and Susan (who respectively play niece and aunt) will be at odds from the beginning to the end.
- Nancy Wu will play Ma Lai Wah (馬麗華), a nurse. She likes to brag. Because she is ambitious, she likes to be in the limelight. She wants to try everything, even a songstress. She later marries Elliot because she believes that she can get attention from it. Her mother once saved Sheren. Because her mother has an opium addiction, Sheren takes care of her and her mother.
- Lee Sing Cheung will play a serious, patriotic doctor.
- King Kong will play a Japanese soldier.
- Ben Wong will play Sheren's younger brother.
- Evergreen Mak will play Leung Fei Fan (梁非凡), an evil cop.
- Elena Kong will play Wayne's wife.

Personal Note: Compared to the Sales clip, the storyline has changed. The storyline in the Sales clip was way better.
Everybody looks so weird and funny! The jacket on Wayne makes his legs look so short! Hopefully, the costume will change when they start filming.
I thought Ka Nin was going to play evil in here, but now he's a righteous guy. ;)

wa. the storyline has really changed a lot. ._. but whether it's for the better or worse nobody knows until we watched the drama itself. sheren really has the aura of the triad boss though...
