Over 50 artistes attended this event. At the event, a voting was held in which artistes had to choose their 'Most Want to Kiss Lead'. In the end, Myolie Wu won with 15 votes. Tavia Yeung had 14 votes, Moses Chan had 12 votes, Wayne Lai had 10 votes, Raymond Wong had 7 votes, and Roger Kwok had 3 votes. During the tallying process, many artistes were discovered to have voted for the same sex, such as Ku Ming Wah voting for Roger, and Michael Tse voting for Moses.
